Hey, all - just a warning to watch your bank statements for any surprise debits from the above company. Found one today on our statement which the bank will investigate and subsequently remove. Apparently used on my debit card, which is going to have to be replaced. They seem to debit amounts of $2.81/$4.81/$6.81.
I googled them and found a few hits. The site itself doesn't allow you to send them email, and the phone number I got from the bank just goes to a recording.

Same here, never even heard of this company and they charged me 4.81. I contacted my bank, canceled my checking account and debit card. The only thing I can think of is this company was involved in illegal activities that deal with stolen cc numbers. I hope they rot in jail after my bank does the investigation they are going to do.
I work at a bank and just got a customer call - same thing - $4.81, cheapestthemes.com, (904)352-1238. We'll refund the $$$ and cancel the card and replace it for our customer - all this for < $5. wow. Moral of the story - ALWAYS check your statements!
I have also noticed a charge on my account for that ammount. I notified my bank and they informed that this was a fraud operation. I had to cancel my debit card and now have to wait a week to get one. All of this trouble for only $4.81
i did all this with you guys but I filed with state law office and reported to cnn. I want everyoen who had this to report to cnn. Then we can catch them
Just found a 4/17/09 charge from cheapestthemes.com for $2.81. What a pain...
Same here, I had a fraudulent charge of $4.81. I called my bank and they immediately put a stop, placed a dispute and changed my card number for me. The fraud department had a note stating they have this company flagged already.
I hope they go to jail but I'm not holding my breath, sadly.
Being unemployed and living in Michigan with not much of a chance for a job :-( I watch my checking account a lot closer now than I used to. And I am so glad that I do now. Caught this charge for $4.81 on 6-1-2009. Went to the website and found it had nothing to do with me since I no longer own a cell phone. Tried calling their # and like all of you got no where with that. Called my bank this morning and explained to them what is going on and I have to fill out a fraud form and cancel my card. What a pain. Will contact our attorney general as soon as I get the fraud form. Hope they catch this crook. But I really doubt it.
Just got it, too!!! $2.81 fee is still pending! Cancelled our debit cards. Scamming bastards!
