One of our many stops on the way to the west coast was Theodore Roosevelt National Park. This park has a 30 mile loop that allows you to drive thru and view some of the most outstanding scenery and wildlife in the US. Included in the next several posts are some of the more memorable sights.

July 4th Parade

Today, after church service we participated in the Auburn Twp parade. It was a nice hot day, and we handed out icy pops instead of candy, which seemed to be a hit. Afterwards we had lunch at the local fire station. Also, our church sold snow cones at the luncheon and donated all the proceeds to the FD.
